We are thrilled to welcome Flo Follero-Pugh as our newest Warp and Weave Seminars facilitator.

Flo comes to us with a wealth of experience.  Here's her bio - in her own words.

For the past 17 years, I’ve worked and volunteered with youth and adults across BC.  I’ve been employed as a counsellor with non-profit agencies, government programs, and post-secondary schools.  I’ve also volunteered with community youth groups; and have served as a youth minister at parish, university campus, and diocesan levels.

In 2001, I graduated from the University of Victoria with my Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology.  Wanting to help others with goal setting and life planning, I decided to specialize in career counselling. Since then, I’ve journeyed with clients ranging from the street kid to the professional executive, and everyone in between.

I currently provide online job and career counselling through my private practice, called WorkFlo Career Counselling.  No matter who you are, I believe in providing the same supportive and encouraging environment, where you can reach your personal, educational, and career goals.

My role is to be an advocate for you, helping you forge your own path, promoting self-confidence and healthy lifestyle choices along the way. My biggest frustration is seeing people stuck in jobs that don't match their personal values, interests, and skills. I believe that by bringing a sense of fun and energy to my work, clients can move toward their own definitions of success and well-being.

Dawn and Flo are also co-creators of the “Workshops with Soul” series.  We have both used the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® with a wide variety of clients of differing ages, backgrounds, and interests.
